The department of Language offers courses to bachelor level students under two categories of programme.
1.The theoretical English language programme: It is designed to foster mainly the grammatical accuracy; academic and professional writing skills; and reading skills among the students.The courses that fall under this category are-

2.The practical English language programme: It is dedicated to flourish the students' intra and inter-personal communication skills e.g. real life oriented speaking and listening skills, presentation skills, formal conversation techniques, interview skills and standard pronunciation.The following courses are taught under this category-
