Seed Technology
Sika Mustaki is a Lecturer at the Institute of Seed Technology, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh, with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Faculty of Agriculture, graduating 5th among 269 students with a CGPA of 3.91. She completed her Master of Science in Horticulture with a perfect CGPA of 4.00 out of 4.00 while serving as a Research Assistant in the Department of Horticulture. Before joining Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, she taught undergraduate horticulture courses at a private university, where she gained valuable teaching experience. Her research interests include post-harvest technology, stress physiology, plant nutrition, and seed technology, with a focus on supporting sustainable agricultural development. Through her work, she aims to support sustainable agricultural innovation while fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and academic growth among her students.
