Md. Mofizur Rahman is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Horticulture at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka-1207 and Bangladesh. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University in the year 2012. He achieved the prestigious Dean`s Award for outstanding academic excellence during Level- 2, 3 & 4 in the persuasion of B. Sc. Ag. (Hons.) degree. He also completed his Master of Science in Horticulture from the same university in the year 2015. His research interest is in Postharvest physiology, stress physiology, molecular biology, hydroponics, rooftop gardening, vegetative propagation, postharvest management, plant nutrition, and plant growth regulators. He possesses an introverted personality but always likes to talk with students, colleagues, and others. Besides teaching, he wants to be a good researcher along with fantastic human beings.
